PAYMENT

We accept most major credit cards; MasterCard, Visa, American express and Discover . The payment will be deducted from your account when you place the order. 

Myra bag encrypts all your card information using the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that no unauthorised persons will be able to view your card number or other information during the transaction with Nets. The total cost of your items purchased plus shipping fees as displayed on the web will be billed to your credit card. In order to keep a high level of security for our customers, we may request further correspondence from the purchaser in the event that we suspect a fraudulent order.

DELIVERY

Delivery Timeline: All orders placed on our website will be delivered within 8-12 business days, starting from the date of order confirmation. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Fees: We provide FREE-SHIPPING to US, Canada and Australia. We provide global-shipping service where shipping fees may apply based on the location of the delivery address. In order to discuss the same, please e-mail us at info@myrabag.com to evaluate shipping cost.

Shipping Providers: We work with reliable shipping providers to ensure timely delivery of all orders. We reserve the right to select the shipping provider that will be used for each order, depending on the destination and other relevant factors.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that will allow you to track your order until it is delivered.

Delivery Delays: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of all orders, please note that there may be unforeseen circumstances that could cause delays. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will inform you via email as soon as possible. Please be aware that Myra bag shall not be held responsible for any delay caused by our logistics partners.

Delivery Restrictions: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

MAP [MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICE] TERMS

To ensure that our products are marketed and sold in a fair and consistent manner, we are implementing a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. This policy requires that all retailers sell MYRA products at a minimum of twice the wholesale price.

This policy is designed to protect the integrity of our brand and the value of our products. By setting a minimum price, we can prevent price undercutting, maintain a consistent image for MYRA products across different retailers, and ensure that our customers receive fair and competitive pricing.

To ensure compliance with this policy, we will monitor pricing across different retail channels. If we find that a retailer is selling MYRA products below the minimum advertised price, we may take appropriate action, which may include limiting the supply of our products to that retailer or terminating our business relationship.

Please note that this policy only applies to the minimum advertised price. You are free to sell MYRA products at a higher price, but you may not advertise or promote our products below the minimum advertised price.

WARRANTY TERMS

Warranty Terms: The MYRA warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase. If a product fails due to a defect during this period, MYRA will repair or replace the product at no cost to the customer.

Exclusions: The MYRA warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover products that have been modified or repaired by anyone other than MYRA.

Claims Process: If a customer experiences a problem with a MYRA product, they should contact the retailer where the product was purchased. The retailer will then work with MYRA to facilitate the warranty claim. MYRA will either repair or replace the product, at its discretion.

Communication to Customers: Retailers should prominently display information about the MYRA warranty in their stores and on their websites. This can be done through signage, product tags, or website banners. Retailers should also make sure that their customer service representatives are aware of the MYRA warranty and can answer any questions that customers may have.

AMAZON / THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS TERMS

1. MYRA products are sold exclusively through our official website and authorized retailers. Therefore, we strictly prohibit any retailers or customers from listing MYRA products on Amazon or any other third-party platforms without our permission.

2. Any retailers or customers found violating this policy will have their orders cancelled immediately, and they may be banned from purchasing MYRA products in the future.

3. MYRA reserves the right to take legal action against any retailers or customers who violate this policy and infringe on our intellectual property rights.

4. If you are an authorized retailer interested in selling MYRA products on Amazon, please contact us to discuss potential extension to clear the listed stock.

COLOUR OF PRODUCTS & MATERIALS

The colours of products seen on myrabag.com will depend on the monitor from which it is viewed and can vary depending on the monitor. Therefore the colour seen on the monitor can vary from the accurate colour of the product. Please note that we have tried as accurately as possible to display the colours of the textile, lining, leather etc. as well as the tactility of all materials used.

Please note that all Myrabag products are made of natural leather and textiles of the highest quality. We would like to point out that vegetable tanned leather is a natural product and therefore can vary in colour and structure from product to product and from collection to collection.

These minor variations in products should be viewed as a unique characteristic and not as a fault. Please be aware that natural and coated fabrics used in dark or very strong colours may be subject to transference of colour through rubbing, and the use of these products should be used with caution when in contact with light colours. All textiles have been given a water repellent surface, but are not water resistant. Note that all leathers are sensitive to rain and other wet spots.

PRIVACY STATEMENT

Myrabag takes your privacy very seriously. We follow industry standard protection procedures to ensure your personal information is secure. Your credit card information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) -and stored with an AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional industry approved security precautions.

IMPORT DUTY & TAXES

All the goods you ordered from our site for delivery, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Goods are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

Please be advised that we reserve the right to deduct, from any refund due to the customer, the costs incurred by us for the return shipment of Goods refused by the customer at Customs in the destination country.
